What to know and vehicle shipping guidlines

Vehicle must start and run, if not it has to be mentioned at the time of the booking, for non-run vehicles additional charges may apply.

All additional modifications on the vehicle must be told at the time of the booking.

If your vehicle exceeds the 7' in height, this must be told at the time of the booking, we may need to arrange the other means of transportation.

No obvious fluid leaks should be present on the vehicle.

The battery must be secured in bracket.

No hazardous liquids or materials should not be kept in the vehicle during the transport and it is forbidden by law.

All additions to the vehicle like luggage racks, bike racks, or ski racks must be remo

We don't recommend to transport your personal belongings in the vehicle, if you have to, more than 100lb of personal belongings must reported at the time of the booking.

We strongly recommend to wash the vehicle before the pick up date, this is to insure to perform a quality inspection at the pick up and delivery.

Please make sure you have the key and key fob in working order to handed to the driver.

The gas tank must have a minimum of (1/8) tank of fuel, but no more than (1/4) tank of fuel

You or your appointed person must inspect and sign the Bill of Lading and condition report at the time of the pick up and delivery.

Always ask for the copy of Bill of lading at the pick and delivery.

Any changes in circumstances related to transport like, time, location, receiving person etc.... must be reported right away.
